WARRANTY
AND RETURN POLICY Notes:
Warranties will not be honored without original
receipt of purchase. Warranties do not apply to floor models, close-out or discontinued items.
Wave Armor
stands behind all of our quality products and will repair or replace
at our discretion any product found to be defective due to a
manufacturing defect within the time associated with each product
type. The manufacturers warranty does not apply to any products
that have subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation,
misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but
not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or
attachments.
Before **returning any products, you
must first contact a Wave Armor Customer Service Representative
and obtain a
RMA (Return
Material
Authorization). To
obtain the RMA,
email
our Customer Service Department
at
Customer Service
Customer
Service hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, CST.
After acquiring the
RMA, all products/parts must be
returned properly packaged
with postage / freight costs pre-prepaid,
and
original cash register receipt (if purchased from a retailer) or
invoice (if purchased directly from Wave Armor). Please reference the
sales order# and/or invoice # when obtaining the RMA.
