WARRANTY
AND RETURN POLICY - Manufacturers WarrantyNotes:
Warranties will not be honored without original
receipt of purchase and images of damaged product.
Warranties do not apply to floor or display models, out-of-box
models,
close-out or discontinued items,
WAVE ARMOR
stands behind all of our quality products and we warrant to any
original owner that we will repair or replace at our discretion,
any product found to be defective due to a manufacturing defects
for the stated period by product or a period of 7 years on
docks, PWC ports and dock attachments, 3 years on Swim rafts,
benches, kayaks and bumpers.
Warranty repairs will be made
without charge by Wave Armor Products or an authorized dealer.
Transportation/shipping charges to and from Wave Armor Products,
LLC or an authorized dealer, are the responsibility of the
customer. All other obligations or liabilities, including loss
of use, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential damages
are hereby excluded. The manufacturers warranty does not apply
to any products that have been subjected to an accident,
adjustment, improper installation, misapplication, misuse,
modification, neglect, repair, including but not limited to
improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or
attachments.

form, uploaded images, and original sales receipt will be
promptly reviewed and a customer service representative will
